In Autopoiesis Gerencial, the authors propose a radical paradigm shift. Drawing on living systems that self-generate and adapt to their environment, this work carries the biological concept of autopoiesis into the heart of university management.

Facing rigid, linear organizational structures, the text argues for the urgency of moving toward dynamic institutional networks. Through a deep and rigorous analysis, this research offers the theoretical tools to deconstruct academic bureaucracy and rebuild it as an organic, technologically integrated system.

An essential work for understanding that the true managerial transformation of higher education does not mean replacing its identity, but allowing it to evolve.
